Hello, I'm Anne! I am a Certified Integrative Nutritionist through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. I reside just outside of Lancaster, PA with my wonderfully supportive fiancé & our two smart & silly girls.

We need food to survive, but food is so much more than just a necessity. It brings people together in good times and in bad, it's healing, calming, exciting and initiates creativity! You'll see simple dishes you can feel good about with ingredients you can easily find. You won't see any nutrition facts listed because I believe filling your diet with whole foods & healthy fats is better than counting calories. Get cooking!
I like to keep things simple. I use a lot of herbs and spices and keep the methods and recipes easy. I love sneaking veggies into dishes which leads to people trying foods they may not normally have. If there are any questions, comments, suggestions or concerns please don't hesitate to ask by sending a message or posting a comment. Together we can learn and grow!
Check your labels! Monosodiumglutamate (MSG), sugar, corn, and soy are common ingredients. (If on Whole30 ensure honey or anything ending in "-ose" is not an ingredient as well!)
Interchangeable in almost every recipe!
This is butter from which water and milk solids have been removed, so that only the butterfat remains. Easy to make at home, or purchase ghee from a store.
All are in just about every dish I prepare.
All are easy to find and most can be found in bulk at wholesale grocery stores or online!
Perfect substitution for cornstarch as a thickening agent!
This is great for "breading" chicken or a base in paleo pizza dough or baked goods.
